they "diagnosed" me with a ruptured cyst. I've been dealing with super painful periods for months and months and recently scheduled a laproscopic (sp?) procedure to try to remove whatever (scar tissue or cysts) that is causing all my discomfort every month. That isn't for 4 weeks...
I mean I just plan on sucking it up for now but I feel like something else is going on. Pancreas? I don't fucking know.

I just got out if the hospital for pancreatitis. Where is the pain exactly? Does it increase when you eat? Does it radiates to your back?
it's pretty centered in my abdomen. Feels so FULL. But not like my stomach- my abdomen. mid/low back crampiness as well.
no fever. normal blood counts (or whatever) as of wed night.
It could be your pancreas. They can do a simple blood Test to see if the enzymes are elevated. I hope you feel better. Any way you can call your regular doctor and get more pain meds? Or go to a walk in clinic tomorrow for a script. Pain sucks. I hope you feel better soon.
I had fibroids and had a similar feeling. Motrin sells liquid gel capsules (extra strength) that worked well - I took 2 every 5 hours on my doctor's advice. With heat, lots of heat wrapped around my middle.
