My friend's two kids are getting baptized tomorrow--one is five, one is four--and I am the godmother of one of them. There is a lunch for the parents, grandparents, godparents and kids afterward. I bought my goddaughter a gift, but just realized I totally forgot to buy her brother a present (I shopped for him earlier but hadn't bought anything, and my brain managed to forget that until tonight). I now have about 20 minutes tomorrow at Walmart or Target before the baptism when I can get him something. Obviously it won't be religious given my store options. What do you think is the next best option? He is four, so a savings bond won't do the trick. Maybe books? A Veggie Tales movie (to make it religious)?
I bought my goddaughter a necklace from etsy that I linked to on here earlier. It has three little charms on it, and one is a cross. It turned out so cute--I love it!
