There were just a few posts on it. It is a lot of food though! I started the extreme version today and omg, the workout nearly killed me! I had good results. Pre planning food is key.
Do you have the DVDs ready to go? If so, jump on in! No time like the present There is a lot of food. I am never hungry... it's just different than what I was eating, so it's made a big difference.

Day 1. I'm sore. I also don't think I'm eating enough since I'm bfing. I went up to the next level of calories but when I added it into mfp I only got 1550 calories or so. Bfing and the workout is too much activity for that little of calories I think. I had an additional yogurt after my workout which brought me up to 1700 for today. I hope my supply doesn't tank. If so then I will be a failure bc I'll eat all the things.

it was my prize for doing well in my accountability group, so i had to do it. Very afraid after day one!
What are the main differences?
The workouts are more intense and there are no "cheats" or beverages to switch out your yellows for. (I think, I skimmed). Food is otherwise the same. But day one involved a lot of jumping with weights. I had to modify several times.

I just get the store brand quick oats in the huge container and add hot water from our water dispenser at work (it's really hot). Let it sit for awhile and add a half of banana or some berries. It's not the tastiest oatmeal I've had (I usually add sugar and milk) but the fruit helps. I bought a bag of Steel cut but have yet to have the motivation to try it.

.5c rolled oats (real oatmeal) 1c water, tsp of Brewers yeast and 1/2 banana chopped. Microwave for 6mins at 50%. It's so yummy. It's inly 1yellow and 1purple. I used to eat it with 3egg whites and spinach to add a red and 1/2 green. So good and so filling.

The food portion will definitely help you lose weight, but I do recommend doing at least some workout with it because it will accelerate the loss.
@missy1- there are at least 10 of us doing it now. I've thought about seeing if anyone wanted to make a MMM FB group so we can check in there.

I wasn't BFing at the time but I made overnight oats which is really easy. I found a 21-day-fix recipe online for it that I liked but I can't find the link right now.

I have been doing the workouts for the last two weeks and love them! I am, however, a failure on the food part. I haven't been following that but I am being more conscious of my decisions so I figure that combined with actually exercising is pretty good for now, comparatively speaking!
I'm 11 days in, I have yet to use the dvds. I'm training for a 5k, so I've been running instead. I have only been hungry a few times. I like that it's all real food and I feel like is sustainable over more than the 21 days. I have a lot to loose, 50 plus pounds. I've lost 5 pounds so far.

There's a bunch of recipes and meal plans on Pinterest. I found a bunch of great recipes there when I was doing it.

I liked how p90x has the countdown thing. Anything like that? I thought about pulling those out but a) too long b) too hard, not in shape at all and c) I don't really lose weight as much as tone up.
I really like Autumn! Wayyyy better than Jillian Michaels. It does have a countdown. Each exercise lasts a minute with a 20ish second break before the next exercise. Each round has 2-5 exercises and then repeats.
My main complaint about Autumn is that I want to punch her every time she says "jack it out."

A little affirmation but more "don't stop, don't quit, keep going" which I found helpful. Yes to a countdown. Each exercise is 60 seconds and then you get a break.
Oh, and probably my favorite part is she always shows you the move beforehand. They are easy moves, but it's nice to know what you're doing before you're thrown into it.

I loooove 21 day fix. I am restarting on Monday as I got off track but I have still been losing weight because it helped me with portion control. But I want to get back to clean eating and the workouts.
