I am a fairly clean eater for the most part. But I always, always, always resisted this program cause I am a stubborn ass Taurus who refused to give anything up. But I'm ready. I hope to gain more energy, and lose sugar cravings.
So, please - share with me your one best tip, one thing you learned, favorite trick, recipe, anything you got! I will be forever grateful!
A few quick questions - I'm not a sugar in coffee girl, but I'm a half and half girl - what creamer do yu use?
Also best W30 commercially made or homemade salad dressing?
Lastly, which oils are off limits and what do you use ghee for?
Thank you in advance - I truly appreciate your knowledge!

Welcome! It sounds like we had similar backgrounds. So if you eat mostly clean foods hopefully you won't feel as much of the hangover early on. My energy levels have been even better since eating mostly compliant food.
One of the biggest things I learned is that I love black coffee! I thought I really liked milk in mine but decided that I would rather try black coffee rather than any substitute creamer. Other people will have good subs for you but I suggest trying it. When you have high quality coffee you might not need anything.
I use ghee to saute and roast veggies mostly. I use olive oil in dressings, in baking fish and as a "finishing" sauce
prepping was key for me. I'd prep my lunch, snacks, some dinners, etc. on the weekend. made life easier.
i liked a lot of the recipes on clothesmakethegirl blog. especially the paleo pad thai, rogan josh &...something else I'm forgetting. Also, making your own larabars is easy-peasey (just dates & cashews in food processor. i like adding cinnamon & vanilla to mine)

How long do the homemade larabars last? Do you freeze or store in the fridge? Thank you!

I stored in the fridge. I ate them for several weeks. I'm still here (and they seemed totally fine).
I'm going to make a larger batch & freeze next time
