Very interesting. Only about 15% of those on spectrum- regardless of intellect or education- have full time employment according to data that was collected in the U.S. and UK before the economic meltdown. And that doesn't factor in those who are working in positions for which they are educationally overqualified.
It's a move in the right direction, but 10 positions in a company as big as Microsoft- we need better than that. Although I suspect Microsoft has a number of employees on spectrum already.
