 E is going to sleep w/o a fight and and STTN again!  *knocks on wood*


Worst thing this week?
 Temper tantrums & hitting, but overall, it's been much better.  


Recent milestones?
 Big boy swing by himself on Easter, climbing up to slide and going down by himself (as long as he can see you waiting at the bottom), more words, learning colors.  Blue is easy to say, so he's pointing out everything that is blue.  Oh, and I finally got rid of all the bottles.  He's also using his pacifier less and I might limit it to night time soon.  And, talking, talking, talking.


What is LO's favorite thing right now?
Ball!  He's obsessed with all balls, he wants to take it (and Elmo) every where he goes, throwing, kicking, "kick it!"


What is mom's favorite thing right now?
Sweets.  And, I need to get it under control.

Best thing this week? While I was gone from Friday through Sunday H and Em re-bonded after a very rough few months so it's been wonderful seeing her loving on her daddy again. It was so painful to watch her shy away from him for so long.

Worst thing this week? Too much candy for that girl! She's nuts.

Recent milestones? Not really. Potty training is still the same.

What is LO's favorite thing right now? The re-usable sticker books that my friend got her. And her new dress up fancy shoes.

What is mom's favorite thing right now? My new wardrobe!

Easter pics!? I wasn't home for Easter but H got some very cute photos. Too bad proboards won't let me upload them!

3 years and 4 months and 10 months old.

Oldest appears to be potty trained! Such a relief. Little one pulling herself to standing all the time. Worst is that the oldest is being sassy and not listening. It's exhausting.

Los favorite thing: oldest loves playing dress up. Youngest loves anything she isn't supposed to have (cords, remotes)

My favorite thing right now is sleep and I'm not getting enough. And I totally got sucked into Married At First Sight. Anyone else watch? I'm calling it a sociological experiment so it's not so trashy

Best thing this week? The long Easter weekend we had. Besides that the best thing is this week is almost over

Worst thing this week? Parenting struggle. I am trying to work on myself with parenting and my patience with M in particular. I hate that I do things some ways with her and how it just riles me so easily so I'm working on it and its hard.

Recent milestones?  Nothing much lately. The girls are getting better about being able to play together which is nice

I love that he knows he's funny now and expects to be laughed at. Sometimes he will fake laugh until someone actually laughs at him.

Starting to work toward becoming a babywearing educator.

Approaching the first anniversary of my mom's death had me really emotional and on edge.

Walking, but that's a month old now.

Food, imitating us, reading, being silly.

What is mom's favorite thing right now?
Coffee, children's museum play groups, sleep

How old is LO(s)? G is turning 3(!) in a week, A is nearly 8 months old

Best thing this week? DH and I are finally on more of the same page. I hope it continues...it's been stressful for the last several months

Worst thing this week? Nothing too bad, not sleeping but that's pretty much my normal

Recent milestones? A has 2 teeth now! They came out within 2 days of each other. He's been starting to pull up on anything and everything. G is starting to have the sudden moodiness and GIANT EMOTIONS of a 3 year old. Luckily she can be as epically sweet as she can be epically sassy/stubborn.

What is LO's favorite thing right now? A - food. Boobs, solids, all of it. And trying to stand, and his sister. G - reading books, telling stories, being "super princess", and her upcoming birthday.

What is mom's favorite thing right now? Work is going pretty well and we're starting to fall into a reasonable routine at home. That's about to get shaken up by DH's work travel, my parents visiting, and G's birthday party, so I'm holding on to routine while I still have it.

Best thing this week?
bjl is so good with her brother. i was there, but they went to story time at the library yesterday, and MIL was saying how during "circle time", her brother sat in her lap and she just held him tight during the whole time..and when it came to dancing, she made sure he would dance.

Worst thing this week?
we have a full sized bed pushed up against our king..and boy sleeps on the edge of the king, next to the full. it's not perfectly lined, there's like 6" of "fall"..two nights in a row, he has "fallen" onto the full..he stays asleep and neither of us notice (i think)..but when i wake up MOTN to check on him, he's gone, and it's terrifying. i woke him up bringing him back up to the king. he's never fallen off before.

Recent milestones?
bjl is pretty much a full functioning adult. she slides chairs around the kitchen to get to cabinets, to get cups, fills her own water, can open the fridge to grab her own carrots, gives carrots to her brother...i think she's out of milestones. well..until she stops peeing the bed i suppose.

boy is doing awesome with language. he can sing a couple letters of the ABC's (the ends of each line)..same with twinkle twinkle, and then he claps, and says yay when he's complete. he has so many words it's kinda awesome.

bjl - dancing/music. i've been doing "toddler zumba" with her that i've been finding on youtube. she's also great at singing. i'm surprised at how many words she knows to songs.
boy - besides boob? i don't know....nothing? lol. he's been exploring with me in the garden.

What is mom's favorite thing right now?
SLEEP. always will be.

I thought that, too, for half a second That's not party of the training, but I'll work on it Maybe a scarf? He'll probably stop soon, at least that'd about when J store living everything.

M is 3.5, B will be 8 months in 6 days... OMG.

J stayed home with the kids on Monday... and he now realizes how tough it is to watch both of them by yourself.

Worst thing this week?

Changing providers at work - my schedule is now all wonky and I have to drive to Redmond 2 days a week, and I'm now ridiculously busy (about 50% busier than I used to be). Also, I have a raging sinus infection.

Recent milestones?

B is army-crawling! Working his way to hands/knees.

What is LO's favorite thing right now?

M's thing lately has been making popcorn, or having 'couch time' where she cuddles with us while watching TV.

Coffee.
