I love the focus on veggies with W30. What is one veggie you have discovered or rediscovered?
For me it is cabbage. I have always been ok with cabbage but really love it now. I dice and sautee red cabbage with onions, ghee and apple cider vinegar before adding to browned meat (usually turkey) with a good spice (like Penzey's Tsardust memories). (got the idea from Well Fed).
I cook green cabbage by first slicing the head in half and then cutting the half into thin palm-sized slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Top with raw burger patty. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and bake in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.
