So far so good, still learning what is the right amt of food to eat so I don't get hungry before my next meal.
But I have been loving everything I have been eating so far and feeling pretty good except for a damn headache last night which I read is normal. Hated getting that because I never get headaches and I really didn't eat so bad before W30 so it was a surpise.
B: scrambled eggs with tomato, pepper And onion, coffee blended with coconut oil and a half avocado L: zoodles with meat sauce, 1/2 apple with little almond butter D: Green salad with veggies and roasted pork, side of leftover roasted veggies
Question - I see salt is newly allowed. Does this mean any and all salt? I have been using TJs 21 seasoning salute because there is no added salt. It's decent but a seasoning with a little salt added might be nice! Thanks in advance.

I wasn't aware that salt had ever been off limits.

I read on a forum - let me find it - that white potatoes and salt are the only changes from the original program. That these are now allowed. I have no idea how 'new' this info is though.
Also, everyone is always recommending these certain seasonings as 'whole30 approved' and when I looked at the ingredients they are always 'no salt added' so I thought that was why they were always being recommended. Like the TJs 21 seasoning salute.
ETA: So please god tell me I can sprinkle straight salt on my meats to season them!
