Almost hard for me not to laugh. Just this past weekend my friend and I were out walking. We saw a pirate flag on someone's porch that said "the beatings will continue until morale improves" and we immediately knew that our husbands needed that flag. It was funny to us because of all the emails we keep getting about rock bottom morale.

And probably the only reason Navy is #20 is because most likely nobody who was underway filled out the survey, only the people on shore duty which is supposedly where they butter them up.
