I must not be talking about the right thing then because mine is a stick. I'm sorry!

I just looked and I'm wrong. I use MUFE Aqua Black Waterproof Cream Eyeshadow to tightline. I guess I just assumed it was a liner, because really, waterproof black eyeshadow?

It doesn't smear or run on me. I was using the Nars pencil and I like it better than that.

I don't tightline with it though. Oh! I've tried the black and grey also and like those as well.
