Eye makeup application order

I always do my eyes before my face. So, eyes (primer, eye shadow, liner, mascara), then undereye concealer, then foundation, etc.

Are you putting concealer on your upper lids?

Primer, liner, shadow, then mascara. I do shadow after liner to help smudge the liner just a bit.

I do, but just to...equalize the canvas?

If you're having problems with creasing, you could go to Sephora and pick up samples of a couple different eyeshadow primers. Then you could see if you like the look with those as well and have less trouble with creasing.

I've never noticed a problem with different shades on my eyelids vs. the rest of my face since I use eyeshadow everywhere that I don't put foundation. But I can see the logic in your approach :-)

Base eyeshadow colour over full lid and crease area so other colours blend more easily over top
Finish eyeshadow
Liner
Mascara
Concealer and powder under the eyes

I put my foundation primer all over, including my lids, then my foundation all over, including lids.  Eye shadow, liner, then mascara.

Sometimes I use a tiny bit of foundation on my eyelids depending on how tired I look.
Then it is:
Eyeshadow Primer
Eyeshadow
Liner
Mascara

[ChillyMcFreeze]

Foundation (including eyelids)
Concealer (not intentionally on eyelids)
Powder
Eye primer
Eyeshadow
Liner
Mascara
Then I use the same foundation brush/sponge to wipe away fallout.

If you're having creasing, you should try an eye primer. You can probably also get by without concealer on your eyelids. Foundation will do the job of evening skin tone.

I do my eyes before my face to make sure I can clean up any fall out. Primer, shadow, liner, mascara. When my makeup artist friend gave me a lesson she did eyes hadow primer to avoid creasing then used my concealer to even out the skin tone on my eye, maybe try that?

Eye primer
Eyeshadow
Liner
Mascara (after face is done)

I don't ever put concealer on my eyes.

ETA: If I'm tightlining it goes on first even before primer.

Well, if you don't need concealer, you are not my friend.  I hate you and your under eye circle-lessness.  We're in a fight.  A FIGHT.

LOL! Sorry. I include under eye concealer in my face routine. It goes on after foundation.
