The vacuum should be fine as long as it doesn't have a beater bar and the Swiffer is good, too. Just don't let any fluid sit on it for very long. You can warp the edges if it absorbs too much.

The wet jet obviously leaves a little behind...that's not enough moisture to worry about, right?

That should be fine, but it might be good to test it in a corner or something to be safe.

It takes hours of liquid on it to make the edges of ours curl. And often times it will uncurl as it dries out. We use a Hoover Floormate and water with white vinegar to clean ours. In the past we've used a steam mop, but it's not recommended for the vinyl we laid in the kitchen and I think the Floormate gets the floors cleaner.
