ha! I tried to post yesterday and my post got eaten.
Post W30. I didn't have veggies with my eggs the last two days and I find myself pretty hungry early. I need to get my butt in gear tonight to prep veggies so that I can have them at breakfast. It seriously starts the whole day off so much better. And I don't have a salad jar for lunch today. Seriously this lack of prep is not like me. I am going to the grocery store a couple of blocks away to make a salad. And probably get another coffee.
Hi! Post whole 30 but still trying to follow most guidelines. I'm a little more lenient with sugars in the sauces on meat since it allows me to eat more of the foods the family has for supper (example ribs with BBQ sauce).
B. Sausages, coffee with coconut milk. Was completely out of fruit for breakfast. L. Compliant hot dog and raw veggies S. Ribs, roasted cauliflower and peppers and Brussels sprouts
I did a lot of food planning and prep again today. Will be having pumpkin soup with breakfast sausages in the morning and chicken veg soup for lunch.
