Hi, I'm going to be a weirdo and suggest mayonnaise.
First you slather it on, then you can wrap your hair in plastic wrap and a towel, but I don't do that. Too much work. Then you put your hair dryer on low and cook yourself for about 20-30 minutes. It doesn't smell or anything, like I thought it would. You kind of just sit for 30 minutes and think about what it's like to be a club sandwich. Then, rinse and wash/condition as normal.
I am anti mayonnaise. This us the equivalent of telling me to put vomit on my hair, lol.
I love the Redken All Soft line. I use the shampoo/conditioner, and I also use the Heavy Cream once a week.
I really like Bumble and Bumble's invisible oil. Very light but makes my hair feel amazing.
I've also used coconut oil before! I used to put it on my hair from the neck down on a day where I was washing my hair, before I worked out, so it would be in about 45 minutes or so. It also made my hair feel really good.
Do you blowdry your hair? I apply Satinwear before blowdrying; I think it adds more moisture than a spray.
I slather coconut oil on my hair once a week and let it sit for at least an hour, then use clarifying shampoo x2 to remove. Less gross than mayonnaise.

I really like Bumble and Bumble Invisable Oil. My hair stylist gave me a sample of a L'Anza conditioner that is amazing, but I haven't purchased it yet. It's for color treated hair, which I don't have, but she said that didn't matter.
The agave stuff at sephora is the one thing that leaves my hair soft, but not greasy. Actually, no, Aveda smooth infusion works too, but it's the type of leave-in you use before you blow dry.
