So, help me out a little

I have decided that H is going to share his office with me.  There is a sort of table/desk in there that I want to put a mirror on and use as the place where I will apply my makeup.  I'm sick of trying to get good light in the bathroom, plus I'm lazy and want to sit.  

So, I need a mirror.  I need a lighted mirror.  Any recs?  I also will need something in which to put the makeup.  I currently have 3 rando makeup bags that I have to rummage through every morning. 


Also -- not related to that, I bought a couple Color Tattoos.  How in the heck do I apply them?  Finger?  Brush?  Just look at the pretty colors in the pots and wish the color onto my lids?

Color tattoos - use your finger. Start light and work it up or else you will look like...wait, what was @majorwife 's pungent phrase for the original MUT. Something about drunk hookers? Or something?

The rest I've got nothing. I want some of those acrylic shelf thingies.

I don't use a lighted mirror. I use the IKEA Fryebo led lamp. I set it on my desk and use a hand mirror. I like that I can move the light to concentrate on certain areas. It's also rechargeable so you can take it off the cord and use. I originally got it for doing my own manicures but started using it for make up application too.
