K's bday is tomorrow. I just this second bought her gift - that's the procrastination part. But here's why it's a score. She wanted tickets to a concert that is happening this week. I had looked at tickets last week and wasn't thrilled with any of the seats available. There were platinum seats reserved for about $155 each but even those, while towards the front, were off to the sides.
I log in today to look at the seats and I see almost a whole row in the lower level, dead center, has opened up. And while I'm looking at the row, someone nabs the two seats nearest to the aisle (the seats were suddenly grayed out). Bummer. So I take the next two seats and begin check out. But at the same time I open a different browser (IE not Firefox) and start refreshing in the hopes that maybe those seats will open back up.
Low and behold they did! Woo-hoo! So I got dead center, lower level and aisle seats!! And for only $89 each. Yippie :-)
So that was my long way of saying that sometimes procrastination is a good thing ;D
