Why aren't you paying rent for a few months?

Anywho....I would put in there when you will pay rent and when rent is due. I would put in what chores you will be doing and anything above and beyond that might be expected of you. How you will split utilities (if you are). Rules for guests (in case you want them in the future). Sharing of food and supplies going both ways.

I think we are on the page of giving me a few months to get settled and save up that money for a place to stay and stuff for the place instead of paying rent and delaying that longer.
