What shall I do to make it exciting? Need some inspiration.
I have potatoes, peas and rice in the pantry as my sides. Not grocery shopping until next week.

This is one of our favorite toppings for a steak. Only downside is it's pretty salty with the fish sauce.

My mom's steak marinade is always garlic powder, chili powder, pepper, worchestershire sauce and A-1, then broiling it in the oven.
What about a teriyaki marinade and serving the steak sliced thin over rice?
Or maybe a spin off shepherd's pie and slicing it thin, making a brown gravy and putting it under mashed potatoes with the peas?

My go-tos when I don't want to eat just a regular steak are:
Shave it think and make cheesesteak sandwiches
Marinate it in a tequila lime marinade and serve as fajitas
