Sorry if this has already been discussed, but has anyone used this and loved it? I have fairly hooded eyes, which make eyeliner application a challenge most of the time. I've used the Clarins 3-Dot tightlining liner, and I didn't like it at all. Any other recs? Thanks!

If I'm pressed for time, I like to use Stila waterproof eyeliner pen to tightline.
