DH and I both completed whole 30 at the beginning of the year. We finished up the first week of February and both felt great- lost a bit of weight and were really looking forward to maintaining more of a paleo lifestyle with some treats thrown in here and there.
I feel like we both still follow it somewhat, but our "treats" have been happening a lot more often. I'm wondering if I should just try to rein it back in or do another whole30 completely. If you have done this more than once, how much time did you wait til you started another one? Thanks!
It's not going to hurt. A lot of people do one every few months as a sort of mental "reset." That being said, you know you best and whether or not reigning it in is possible fo ryou.
I'm halfway thru my first W30 and already I'm thinking about the future. If, after 30 days, I end up treating myself too often I will def do another to get back on track. So I say go for it.
We started Sunday It feels a little easier this time around because I feel like I know what worked well for me food wise and can plan ahead a little better.
I did my first one in March. I did okay in the first part of April but now I'm slipping and eating too much again and unhealthy things. I have come to realize I really do have a sugar addiction
