HG Mascara for watery eyes?

My allergies will NOT let up on me, and mascara is basically essential for me.  BMT it was often the only thing I'd bother wearing (along with some random MLBB lip stuff).

But I'm pretty much sitting here with watery eyes all day every day so by the end of the day most mascara is gone and my trash is full of slightly gray tinged tissues.  I hate it.  What is your go-to bomb proof mascara that isn't going to budge?

Bonus points for available at ulta and/or cheap.

I think you might need waterproof for this situation. In which case, essence big ol volume waterproof (blue tube).

Waterproof. I had to switch to this ages ago because I always looked beaten up at the end of the day. It makes all the difference.

Tarte LCL works for my nearly permanently watery eyes. So I'd imagine Splashes would be even better. I may have to grab a tube of it this weekend since Pool season is coming up.

LCL was really good for me, but I was going to be in a rainy city, having looong days of travel, and long days of wedding plans. I wanted to try it for the extra protection and I *adore* it. Between that and the Kat Von D liner, my makeup is not going anywhere.
