I just got this and I'm tempted to return for the sugar pop or color pop whatever palette from TF. Totally different styles, I know, but I adore chocolate bar, boudoir eyes and natural eyes so TF is a tried and true for me. I know nothing of LM.
Thoughts?
Sugar pop is intimidating with all the brights, but I love a pop of bright eye color

no no no. You must keep the LM one. They are buttery and magnificent. If you want bright colors, go pick up the WnW Poster Child palette for 4 or 5$. The pigmentation on them is so good and they are so workable. I can't believe I'm saying that about drugstore makeup, but here we are.
Spring is calling to you, but in the fall and winter, you'll be so glad you have the LM one!

I have only used it for a week or so, but I think the LM palette is fantastic. Sugar Pop is fun and trendy. This LM palette is classic. Depends what role you need this to fill.
I have lusted over that LM palette for so long and now that I have it I am loving it. I can create whole looks with it including a liner and it can go brown or purple, so for traveling it would be a good option.
How many of the colors in the LM palette are shimmers/glitter? How does it compare to the Tartlette matte palette? I can only wear matte shadows and the artist palette looks similar to Tartlette.

African Violet is the most shimmery but is quite mild nonetheless.
Guava, Primrose, Bamboo and Sparkling Dew are lightly shimmered. LM's shimmers are the least shimmery shimmers I've worked with, if that makes sense.

7 are mattes.
Thank you! It was hard to tell from the photo. I might have to swatch in store to see how much shimmer would show up on my skin. I always look like a mess when I wear shimmer eyeshadow, for some reason.
