There is the sit-n-stand, but it is huge and heavy. I have the uppa baby vista with the rumble seat attachment. You can buy a car seat adapter and also a standing board to attach. It is a great stroller.

FYI, we have a city mini double, and love love love it, but the cars eat adapter sucks. So make you your research that a little if you are thinking about going that route.

Both our Joovy sit n stand and our city mini double will hold an infant seat then 2 kids sitting. The city mini is wider (but still fits thru door frames) but allows both kids to face forward.
I have the graco ready to grow stroller which is probably one of the cheapest and it accommodates a graco infant seat. It's heavy and kind of clunky, but it folds flatter than others I've tried (which is important if you don't have a large trunk).
I think I'd rather have a side by side. It might be better once both seats are forward.

Our Bumbleride Indie Twin does. We had a Graco Snugride 32 infant seat and it worked without having to buy a separate carseat adapter. With some double strollers, you have to buy the adapter separate (some were as pricey as $60-75) but the one included with the Bumbleride fits a large variety of different seats.
My girls are 18 months apart and I love, love, love this stroller. It was a lifesaver in the early months after DD2 was born.

We have a Graco double (duoglide) that does this. It was free which is why I use it, but I HATE it...clunky, takes up so much of my trunk, steers poorly. If my kiddos were closer in age I would get a side by side, but DS (3.5) wants to walk everywhere now.
We have the Joovy Caboose Ultralight sit and stand. You can use the car seat, but it makes the sitting toddler seat a little uncomfortable. It was fine for my 2.5 yo since he preferred to stand at that point though. The carseat was gone around 9 months anyway.
