Would you take Medical Terminology on Campus, which is 45 minutes away 2 days a week from Aug-Dec or a shortened version online from OCT-DEC. I am just worried that it will be harder to do classes online, but easier at the same time. I'm leaning towards online now....

Do you need the consistency of being in class a couple times a week? If that's what keeps you honest, go for the in class version.
If you're the kind of person who wakes up at 6am on a Saturday, brews a pot of coffee and goes through a weeks worth of lessons before breakfast, do the online version.
I have to take my classes online and I find it harder. I had to take a difficult class class last semester and it was harder because it was online. More to read, more papers and extra projects. I like taking the more difficult classes in person.

I like in person classes better. Working full time I would o for the longer version. I'd rather do well and take my time than burn out or get overwhelmed.
