It's usually used in the sense when someone has been teased/ganged up on for saying something stupid (usually on national boards) and end up quitting TN because they were "mean" but usually they are just saying how it is, and the user was just naieve.

Yup- at the top-ish, it says GBCN::Local::Seattle ---- click on gbcn, and you'll see all the old boards, or PM the admins to get specific ones added. The format change went across to all TN boards, not just local boards, so they rioted. I love it.
