I didn't understand taping until I was shown how to do it, and it helped tremendously.  Now I think it's magical. 

I feel like it's magical too. It really seemed to help my knee when it was injured and I continued taping all summer when I started running again. Now I tape for big efforts like a hard half marathon. I don't know how it works, it may be a placebo. But I kind of don't care if it's a placebo.

wambam I know it's late-but do you by chance have time to stop by Esther Price before you leave? If not, no big deal...it dawned on me today that I could maybe score some good wife points if I brought DH chocolate. 

Also, I got Ghirardelli brownie mix for $.94 today at Aldi. My husband doesn't need these, we do...right??

I am bringing a carry on suitcase of just liquor   My guess is I can fit 6 handles?  I will bring as much as I can fit!  I know we as a group like Vodka and Whiskey.  Any other requests?

Beer and wine in grocery stores in SC. Liquor is in liquor stores. My liver is thankful that we can't buy tequila in the grocery store.

Yes, I think the Kiawah house held 18 people, and then tuggyruns stayed with her sister, but visited. We did an around the room intro and it wasn't too difficult to keep everyone straight, but for some reason I am having more trouble this time. I need to study the sheet!
