gtg sunday 5/17, taco bar, 11am. - potluck sign up sheet

this is a c&p of a spreadsheet we used at work for a taco bar. this was for about 15 adults, and we split it so that each person would be spending approx the same price, or if they were spending less, there'd be effort in cooking, etc. does this look like a good list? of course, it's flexible.

we have 5 adults that said they can go, and we have kids, too..so these numbers might be a little high.

Haha, no, just because I don't really have a preference for what I bring is what i meant. :0

Fine, I'll bring Salsa and Sour Cream since I have favorites of both of those. Medium salsa ok? Or should I bring 1 mild and 1 hot (and medium people can mix half and half)?

i like the idea of one mild, one hot. or you can just get two different types...like green salsa? or something. or pico.. or...anything. there's a billionty versions of salsa.

I was holding off b/c I feel like my weekends are always changing. I am planning to come and I can bring

Jalapenos, Olives, + 2L Beverage, and lettuce.

ETA: I can't cut tomatoes, so hope it's OK I added the lettuce instead.

no worries. i can't cut tomatoes to save my life! and lettuce is deft more crucial than tomatoes IMO.

Don't forget--no shoes in the house.. Plan your outfit/socks/pedicure accordingly.
Don't fret about dropped food. I have a dog. He will be faster than you. Accidents happen.
If the bathroom downstairs is taken and you need it.. Go upstairs. No worries. You won't miss the bathroom at the top of the stairs.

Change diapers anywhere you feel appropriate. Any random box of wipes you find are a free for all. Diapers are fine in the regular trash.
Need a diaper, sippy cup, I got it.
Anything you need, just ask.

If your baby is playing with something breakable, it's my fault for not putting it away. If you don't want them playing with something,just move it. No need to tell me, I'll find it.
