You guys, this is amazing. Ah-may-zing.

DH got me two gift certificates for massages for my brithday at my favorite therapy so who am I to keep these for later? I went on to the website to schedule for Sunday. Their online reservations have always been fantastically easy.

It. Got. Better.

I clicked submit and a new window popped open with a live chat to their reservations person who was able to schedule me for my preferred time and confirm it within 2 minutes. Real live person, not a machine. Mind blown.

Is this what it's like to be rich and famous?
