How many of you are dressing up the babes for Halloween and what will they be? M's daycare has a little "party" and they take pictures of the infants dressed up. I have found some super cute costumes at Spirit: www.spirithalloween.com/baby-costumes/ I think I'm leaning towards the Baby Blossom.
I think Luis wants to do Thing 1 and Thing 2, he wants to be Cat in the Hat, and apparently, I will be a pair of legs (since that is all you see of the mom in the book, I believe.)

Little Halloween costumes are so cute...I love the pea bunting. I already miss the days of costume choosing. But FYI, those costumes were not made for FL, when it could very well still be in the 80s in late October. Q was Chewbacca his first Halloween and he was one sweaty Wookie. If you're going to be inside most of the time, they'll be fine.
I think I'd like to do Wizard of Oz the girls more than anything else. Can't be that hard. (Sez I. I'm pretty sure I won't have anything ready by the 30th, lol.) My friends suggested they be Glinda and Elphaba. Might be cute
I think I would be the Tin Man and Luis can be the lion. We would be so adorbable!
What kind of outfit for a 3-4 week old newborn? Any ideas?
There are quite a few bunting costumes out there, some are cute and some are...well, questionable?! i.e. a whoopie cushion, a piece of bacon, a ketchup packet
Oh my gosh, that is tooo cute! She is so darn adorable anyway, but that costume on her is really AW!
Thank you. It felt like it took forever to complete it but I was so happy with how it turned out.
I agree with Kim that it can be extremely hot at Halloween. Last year Lila was pretty sweaty in her costume, but she was the only one who was not eaten alive by the mosquitoes in Land O Lakes. I do remember Halloweens where it has been freezing cold though.
