My BFF brought her baby to my baby shower. She asked me but so close to the shower that I didn't have time to respond. She wanted to show him off to friends.
I didn't care at all, but it was a bold move.
The last wedding shower I held, 4 uninvited kids came. 3 toddlers. My house was in no way baby proofed at the time. Of course those people couldn't even be bothered to RSVP, so no surprise. House was mostly in tact.
