Weird food....I made chocolate "ice cream" out of

cocoa, avocado, spinach, agave and ice.

Oh yes, I did! And it was good. E even loved it.

You need a vitamix to pulverize the ice.

Today I made cashew "cheese".

Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream:
1 oz Agave
1/2 Avocado
1 tbsp unsweetened coco
handful chocolate chips
1/4 cup spinach
2 cups ice

I actually like it without the choco chips.

Agave (healthy squirt to cover the flat of the blades)
½ Avocado
Spinach (handful)
1 capful peppermint extract
2 to 3 cups ice
2 oz. Ghirardelli’s chocolate chips
