I'm only 13 weeks, but I feel very firmly that I'm carrying a girl.
I'm not sure if feeling this way is in part to reading/hearing extreme nausea is a girl or because we talked about wanting a son someday) but healthy trumps any desire for a specific sex).
It's strange. I don't know why I have this "knowing" feeling.
I thought it was a boy and I was right. My H said he had two "clear signs" that it was going to be a girl. Now he won't tell me what the signs were because he was wrong. Guess they weren't that clear after all!
I was so convinced that DS was a girl that I had to have an elective ultrasound to confirm that I was wrong about it. This baby I didn't have a strong feeling one way or another, but a very small part of me thought girl again.
So far everyone is guessing that Hobbes is a girl based on relatively high heart rate (162 and 164 at 8 and 12 weeks). I have no idea, but they are starting to convince me it's true. Prior to the HR-based guesses I had no feeling on gender at all, which surprised me. I guess we'll see in about 7 weeks.

My husband and I always referred to our future child as a son long before we ttc and I just knew he would be a boy from that time. My grandma before she passed away would always talk about how she visioned us having a son as well which was really fun.
I've been leaning towards boy lately, but only because "he" slips off my tongue easier than "she". So glad we only have to wait a few more weeks to find out (hopefully)!
Susie multiple "sources" indicate heart rate is an owt. But right 50% of the time!
Yeah, I know. Right up there with whether you're craving sweet v. savory things. I'm totally falling for the unanimity of the vote -- you hear something enough times and you start to think it's true, KWIM? It probably helps that a girl would be the easier naming option for us, so for that reason I'm kind of inclined to hope for it.
I was mostly right. I say mostly because after I got my BFP I immediately felt boy. After my dating ultrasound I felt more girl then about a week or two before my AS I firmly felt boy. I'm having a boy, so my initial and last feelings were correct.
ETA: H never really had any gut feelings about the sex. About 80% of the old wives tales said girl, including the heartbeat which is still consistently 150+. Clearly called OWT for a reason.
Last time my husband and I were both 110% sure it was a boy. We were shocked when they told us we were having a girl and made them check again. This time we refused to guess and we are having a boy.
I thought boy the first time, mostly because I wanted a boy I think. It was a girl. This pregnancy I said 'she' and 'her' all the time before our a/s because that's what I'm used to saying at home and it's habit. It's another girl. My pregnancies have been fairly similar I guess. Zero morning sickness, nausea or vomiting with either, low blood pressure with both

My whole life I thought my first child would be a girl, and had no doubt when I got pregnant. I would get annoyed when people guessed boy because my nausea wasn't bad. I was right.

I had a feeling it was a boy and most of the old wives tales pointed to a boy as well. I could have found out at 10 weeks since I got the MaterniT21 done, but I held out longer so we could find out on Christmas Day. It's a boy!
I was about 50/50 last time. I really wanted a boy but didn't want to feel disappointed (we were team green). My morning sickness was SO BAD and my early pregnancy was so different I was certain I was having a girl. Nope, another boy. Not going to Vegas with my instinct!
The only old wives tale that was right for me was if you want to eat like a teenage boy, you're having a boy. Although I typically want to eat like a teenage boy, pregnancy or not, so perhaps that's not a fair "symptom".
