Help- if I single click on things, I'm getting a menu

WTF is happening?  I'm on a mac.  Somehow I did something so that every time I try to click a link now, it gives me a menu (open in new window, open in new tab, etc.).  How do I stop this?!?

ETA- and just as quickly, it has now stopped.  Lol.
