Eat, they have some amazing restaurants. Shop and walk down King's Street Go to the Market and shop. Walk by Rainbow row because it's cool. Get ice cream/coffee/etc and go to the pier and swing on one of the porch swings and just enjoy the view/relaxing. You can do a horse drawn carriage tour, used to have a ghost tour if you're into that too. If you've ever watched the Patrick Swazye North and South look out for all the places you'll recognize (the exteriors were all shot in Charleston, even the North part)
Walk around and look at all the amazing old houses, esp down by the battery. Grab a swing by the bay and take in the breeze. Eat at Hominy Grill or Magnolias (their banana pudding stuffed French toast IS TO DIE FOR!!!!). Do a carriage ride too!
