I have an old school Firm video in my rotation. Got to love the fanny lifter.

I really do love them. The ones I have are the generation after the fanny lifter so it's called the "transfirmer" and is wider like a traditional step. I used to have the old school fanny lifter ones too but they were on VHS lol.

It amazes me that I can work out what I think is a fair-good amount and still be out of shape. I'm definitely seeing gains in strength but my cardio endurance stinks. I know I need to push myself harder and more consistently.
I think that is really the key. I was thinking the same thing earlier on in my "progress" but just recently saw a big increase in what I was capable of w/r/t running and cardio. You've got this!!
M - 3 tm mile run + weights Tu - 5 mile stroller run W - 1 mile run + 1 hour lifting Th- rest F - 1 mile run + 1 hour lifting Sa - 6-8 mile run Su - rest
Run 2-3 miles five to six days this week and weights four times. Core work five days.
Yesterday I ran three miles on the treadmill mill and did weights and core work.
I am waiting for our dining table to be delivered before I get on the treadmill today because I am sure they will get here while I am running if I start now. I hate when they give you a four hour window for delivery time. Just tell me when you will get here.
