"You. You and your crazy life. You and your geographic anomaly. You and your drunken lesbianic ways and terrible navigational skills." - ProfArt and her holy baby
My baby slept from 7pm-1 am. I fell asleep before 9, and I sooo needed that sleep. (He has been going through a growth spurt, so he was up every 2 hours for a while there). Then he woke up again at 3 and up at 5. Lol. Ah well. I've given up the dream of ever sleeping in past 6:30.
I want to start really working out again, but...lazy. I need to though. I'm feeling very blah and frustrated all the time, and I think having a regular workout schedule will help with my mood.
Today is the first day of summer break! Woowho! I go back on Monday for interim session, but they are only half days for four weeks, so not so bad.
H and I went on a bike ride and threw the softball around last night. It was so nice not feel like death and actually be active like I was before. I'm hoping the nausea ends soon, so I can feel somewhat like myself again.

Hugs luckyval. Hope things settle down soon for you.
My H was also being shitty yesterday. It was just a tense day for us. The rest of the weekend was great.
We are planning a day trip, one of these weekends to the Vermont Country Store. It would just be a hokey thing to do and it's not that far from where we are.
My brother sister and I are really concerned about parents living alone. So since they are too stubborn to do what they need to do we are all making appts with a few area assisted living facilities and we are taking them to them in two weeks.
Also, I jumped on the coloring bandwagon and ordered markers and a coloring book from Amazon. The markers got here Sunday so I did the free coloring page that @kizmet posted:
My book was supposed to be delivered today, but got mis-sorted and is delayed So I'll be printing some free pages from on-line. TIP: Do not google "adult coloring book pages".
Ok I love these marker colors. What kind are they? I may need to upgrade from Crayola's 24 pack and my doc mc stuffins coloring book
Also, the majority of these kids brought their kindles, iPads, or smartphones along for the ride.
WTF? Would you let your 4th grader take this along on a field trip? I would not. What are we going to do with all these when we get off the bus??
My kids school sends home something that specifically says you can't bring any electronics. As a matter of fact they bring brown bag lunches and everything has to be disposable.
If you did bring it the teacher confiscates it and leaves it in the classroom.
My bff went to the ER Saturday after getting turned away from a handful of walk in clinics this week. Her neck was swollen and she was feeling terrible. She was diagnosed with aggressive lymphoma and they don't know yet if it's treatable. She has surgery and starts chemo this week and it makes me so scared and angry that I just want to throw up. She just turned 30 and has a 2.5 yo daughter. Ugh.
We had the interior of our house painted this weekend, it looks so different! I've wanted to do it since we moved in 2 years ago and it looks like a whole new house. I'm excited to go home and look at it. lol

I got a few wedding things handled this weekend. I ordered all the BM shoes and my shoes. By far the most I've bet spent on shoes at once. I picked out and finalized the details of the invitations, I just need to pay for them. I ordered the flower girl dresses. And finally I spray painted the mason jars that will go down the ceremony aisle.
dsd was here last week, so instead of replinishing my suave shampoo i bought the fancy shampoo and conditioner she likes. i was all excited to inherit the rest of the bottles when she left and they're awful. my hair feels gross and is all straight and blech looking. back to suave.
i started reading the kid hair washing thread and i can't imagine how that got to be so many pages. i keep refreshing to see if we're still talking about it before i decide if i'm going to commit.
Ouch! Ugh, how are you doing now? Did they put you in a cast?
Splint. Couldn't sleep, can't sleep, even though I have drugs. Every time I fall asleep my foot twitches and it hurts. I also keep thinking about my fall and the whole ordeal. It was kind of traumatic.
Time to get back to reality. Thankfully I have zero work travel this week and it will be a short week. I barely moved yesterday and it was wonderful. I realized today that I have 48 days until vacation. Time to get serious and start eating better.

I'm so sorry. I hope you can get some rest soon. Are you icing? I know when I break toes icing helps to keep the twitching down.
Neighbor was mowing and weed whacking at 7am this morning. Acceptable or deserves a complaint?
Too early for a weekend or holiday, but I think reasonable on a weekday. But then we're heading out the door for work/school at 7, so my opinion might be skewed.
Also - IG friends saw this already, but at the bowling alley, they had a sports bar called The Kegel Klub. They have to know this is funny, right?
Lurker here but if you are in Minnesota, I know the place and have to giggle each time a FB friend tags themselves there. It is in the little town I grew up in.
HOLY CRAP!! I'm so sorry! How long are you going to be out of work?
I have to ask, did you cry? I tend to lean towards the dramatic and I always wonder if I get hurt in public will I make a fool of myself and have a breakdown.
I screamed. It hurt so bad. We were also about two hours up a mountain. I knew it wasn't good. But yes very dramatic.. Pretty sure I was also in shock.
