My cat thinks my back is her perch

She jumps on my shoulders multiple times a day and will dig her claws in to stay on my back or shoulders. It's getting a bit frustrating. I usually walk over to somewhere for her to jump off and at times she will but at times she'll just dig in more. Any suggestions to get her to stop?
