Along those lines, does anyone know if Ladyk2123 and Mrsjenlynne are GBCN people? I have old requests from them that I never accepted b/c I didn't know who they were.

Marle you should try Smart Balance Light instead of butter or whatever you're using. It's supposed to help lower cholesterol. All of the butter fanatics here make fun of me, but I think it tastes good. AND, it melts properly, unlike margarine, so you can cook with it.
Do you bring your lunch to work? Nigel's even lost weight this summer because he's making his own lunches most of the time now.
I think me not having access to fast food at lunchtime has been a huge contributor to me dropping weight this summer.

I'm not a super active poster here, but if that doesn't weird you out, I'm sporklemotion on there, too. I just joined but am hoping some friends would up my accountability.
8ar my issue this last year has really been my state of mind. I know what the good things are I know exactly what to do. We already use only smart balance, only almod milk, fat free cheese, etc. But I've been in this duality of my mourning where I want to "carpe diem" and I wasn't caring about it. I have been eating out a lot and buying unhealthy lunch at work. Now that I have the kick in the butt I needed from my doctor and really understand that I need to be healthy for Logan, I know I'll food through.
