My Dansko clogs are done. Previous threads have determined that I don't have the best taste in shoes. Any ideas for a shoe that has a bit of height like a Dansko but isn't a heel? I have some longer hems, but a heel sounds both uncomfortable and too dressy. Am I stuck just buying more clogs?
I commute in these almost daily, including walking with DD to daycare with her in the Ergo, and they are very comfortable. They took a couple of days to break in.
On the more MM side, my Payless Comfort Plus wedges are really comfortable. I also can commute in them, but they have a peep toe, so they're a little less versatile. Looks like they only have a design right now that has decorative holes in the shoe, but maybe there are more options in store.
Check out shoes by Me Too and Clark. They are considered comfort shoes, and they actually have a nice collection. I have several wedges from these two brands that I can wear all day, at work or walking around outside, with zero pain.
Omg, thanks for the suggestions. And I don't mind spending money on shoes. They're something I wear every single day so I tend to get my money's worth. I'll have to try on the Cole Haan ones.
