Wow! How did you go sugar free? Did you give up all added sugar? All at once or gradually? I have extreme fatigue and thyroid issues. I've been wheat free for over a month, and have seen some improvement but know I need to tackle sugar next. It's overwhelming.

I've been using the Nom Nom Paleo book a lot, which I love. There are some more involved recipes, but they are really delicious. Most of the recipes I've used are also on the blog. Ones I've liked so far:
I used to eat a side of some grain with every meal and now I eat a side of veggies - usually sautéed or roasted. I like sautéed zucchini and onions a lot (not together) and love cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, just about anything really, roasted.
