Craigslist Makes Me Nervous

I really want to get DH and I Steelers tickets for when he gets his post deployment leave here in PA. Tickets are ridiculous price wise, obviously, even for the peanut gallery. Despite the fact that there supposedly isn't a bad seat in the house I'd like to get the most bang for my buck. My mother suggested Craigslist because her boyfriend shops there a lot (that's how he got tickets to the NFL draft). My problem is that I am paranoid that everyone is a fake. They're selling tickets for the game I want to go to at less than half the price tickets are selling for on stub hub or NFL exchange. UGH! Someone convince me one way or the other (to attempt Craigslist or stick with the legit options).

Have you looked into Stub Hub instead? I know a lot of friends get tickets there for reasonable prices and it feels a lot more legit.

I did. They're pretty pricey. More than what I was hoping to pay for as far away from the field as they are but, they do say there's not a bad seat in the stadium and DH would probably be thrilled just to be there in the first place. I do want to make sure I get them soon, though. We are playing the Eagles at the game I want to go to. I'm sure it will be packed for the "state rivalry".

FMFwife-- have you thought about your base ITT? We got a deal on NFL tickets through them. My H ended up going on a TDY and I was stuck with them. But another idea if you have one.
