What's your favorite place to purchase patio/outdoor furniture? It all seems so expensive and so much of it is online that it's hard to know what's a good purchase or not. Thanks!

We bought our chairs from Sears (they came with a glass table, but it broke), a new table from Lowe's, and chaise lounge chairs from HD. I've been happy enough with all of it. Patio furniture takes a beating from the weather, so I wouldn't spend a lot on it, wherever you decide to buy it.

Costco online. Some a pricey, but the quality is good and Costco has a great return policy if there are problems. (one of our chairs arrived damaged and they replaced it quickly.)
We have stuff from Home Depot, Lowe's and Target. We're happy with all.
We wanted to spend a small to moderate amount on outdoor furniture since we live in the midwest and it only gets used about 4-5 months out of the year. It wasn't worth it to us to spend a ton on stuff that's not used year round.
The Target stuff is probably the lowest quality of what we've purchased. It's on our front porch and honestly doesn't get used much at all, so even though the quality is probably a little lower, it's okay for how much use it gets.
Costco and Target. Target has a new Smith and Hawken line which is really nice teak collections but also their most expensive line. They have a lot nicer stuff this year than I remember in the past. Some resign coated wicker and cast iron/aluminum pieces looked really pretty decent and at a good price point.
We have 2 different sets from Lowes. Yes, we paid about $1300 for a table, 4 chairs, and then 2 side chairs (different set) but it's lasted through crazy storms and bad weather.

I'm responding JUST so I can come back to this later. I want a set for when we get a new house (I have wanted one for years, really) but I'm cheap. I've looked at Target (in store), Wal-Mart (online -- since they ship free to stores) and Overstock. No Ikea!
