I've posted about her once or twice on TTTC. She's had 5 total miscarriages. Her longest lasting pregnancy was 9 or 10 weeks and it was her first. Most of them, she lost before viability u/s.
She is about 7.5 weeks now and just saw a heartbeat the other day. She announced at work yesterday. This is her first pregnancy under her current RE, who is also my RE (I referred her). She has that MTHFR and Factor V, and this is her first pregnancy that she's been able to start lovenox immediately and is on mega doses of progesterone. She's having lots of nausea, so that's a good sign!
I'm just requesting thoughts and prayers, sticky baby dust, that she will be able to keep this one. She's a close friend and each loss has been heartbreaking for her and her friends and family.
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!
Talked to her this afternoon. She said she's doing well, still nauseous which is a good sign. She has another u/s this Friday, after which she'll graduate from the RE. Thanks for checking on her, and please keep the good thoughts and prayers coming.
Today's u/s went well, she didn't elaborate. But she's graduating from the RE and going to one of the high risk OBs in town (one of the best, I would put him on par with mine)! She'll be on lovenox throughout her pregnancy, probably stopping around 36-38 weeks.
