Sounds good! I think some people point out the comparison to how we all have different hair colors, to help LOs realize that they already know people who look different from one another. But that's optional.

Sounds good to me! I've also brought our dogs into it.... I pointed out that while our dogs, his G'mas dogs and our friends dogs come in all shapes, sizes, and colors, they're still just dogs and that it's the same with people.

ETA I like the above poster's idea about mentioning differences such as glasses, hair color, etc. Definitely something concrete and relatable for little ones!!
