I've been figuring this out as a I go along...two years and counting. Some of my cc's are still in my maiden name. SS, DL and bank accounts are the big ones you need to change. My passport is still in my maiden name, I just went through customs separately from DH. I should probably change that...
You did better than me, I just did DL, SS, and some bills and called it a day. My CC still has my maiden name on it, but I rarely use it. Every once in a while when I pull it out I see my old name and it jars my memory a bit.

if you are a beneficiary for anyone (your DH or parents, for example) have them update your name on stuff. i speak from experience when I say it can be difficult after the person has passed to get this worked out.
The title on your car, but only if you don't have a loan on it in your maiden name. I still haven't changed mine.
Oh yeah. How do I do this? I just paid off the last loan this month (whoo hoo!) and just got the title in the mail with my maiden name. How do I change it?
Oh and what about the house? We bought a house back in March, do I need to change the name? I've heard of people saying to just not bother.
Just bring the title and your marriage certificate to the DMV and I think that's all you need.
I've been told not to bother changing your name on the mortgage. There's a bunch of paperwork involved and it's not worth it.

Just go to the department of motor vehicles with the title and your new ID. It is super quick, but it does cost money. My vehicle is in my ex-married name, and it bothers me, but not enough to give more money to the state. They told me if I don't care, they don't care. Don't know about houses though.
Sounds like you've got it pretty well covered. One other thing though is, if you went to college, to change it with them for transcript purposes. Student loans too. And medical insurance/place of employment.
Got the marriage certification in the mail and I went to the SS office, DMV, the bank, and contacted our internet/phone company, car insurance, credit card, the dentist and the doctor.
