Hope everyone had a fantastic Day 2! Mine went well for the most part, except for when the boyfriend decided to make cupcakes after dinner. I forced myself into hiding in the basement until they were all cleaned up and put away but man, the smell was unreal.
I'm nervous about today because it's my first day at my job while on the Whole30. I work in a restaurant and usually snack at work. I packed a "lunch" and "dinner" (which I'll eat at 4:30ish before dinner service) but I'm really worried about being there. Any tips or words of advice?

Planning your meals ahead of time is a must! Drink lots of water and try to stay busy so you don't have time to think about eating. Maybe make sure on days that you work you pack your favorite meal so you have something to look forward to.
