Seasoned ground beef, some roasted sweet potato "tots", and whatever vegetables I have on hand. In a bowl. Microwaved. It's not a three star Michelin, but it does the job.

It is compliant, but less than ideal. Ideally, you'd have a denser source of protein like meat or eggs.
