I am thankful for dental insurance. I had my regular 6 month appt today and didn't pay a dime. I have awful teeth, always have and if I didn't have insurance I could see how it would be easy to let the health of my teeth slide.
I am thankful that I have a place to live. I have family facing an unexpected change in living situation, and I know how stressful this can be and it makes me grateful to have a home.
I am thankful that I was able to find coverage for my shift tomorrow night. Now I don't have to worry about going to work after my little man has surgery tomorrow.

I am thankful that I am almost done with a hellish work week. I just have to make it through today and then I have a 4-day weekend, complete with a trip to an amusement park tomorrow with my wife's BFF and her DH while my baby has a fun day with his grandma and grandpa!
Which reminds me again how thankful I am for family.
That my wife was able to stay home so I didn't have to take a vacation day to sit and wait for the a/c repair person. I HAVE the vacation days, but I am a PTO hoarder.
That the a/c repair is temporarily fixed and while pricey, we don't need a new unit (well, yet.)
