Okay, good, so is not just me. They're crazy tight!
Oh, I forgot to tell you guys, the hustler who wasn't came back to get her hair finished. And she complimented my hair. She's a nice lady. I felt bad. It's hard being this cynical .

I wonder where she went. I'm much to vain to leave the building with only half of my hair did. The one time I got micro braids I stayed at my auntie's house.

Lol. It had to do with her kid, because she had one when she left, but not when she came back. She did have a baseball cap, it didn't help much, though.
Next time I need low maintenance vacation hair, I will just get a kinky weave like my friend who swims a few times a week wears. She pays a stupid amount of money for it, but it looks amazing. This is not worth it. My head still hurts and they touch my face too much, but they still hurt too much to bun them. Also, I don't think they're really me and the idea of taking them out is annoying.

I am planning to get twists in this week. But now I am not to sure.
I hope they loosen up soon.
ETA maybe these suggestions will helphttp://hair.lovetoknow.com/Loosen_Tight_Braids
Thank you . I can see that hot moist towel feeling amazing, I'm going to try that!
Dang I missed the pic sfy! Post one when you bun it!
I don't think bumming should be hard. I used to do it with my locks all the time and I hate Bobby pins so I used to do it without pins. Just wrap and tuck.
Okay, I will...whenever that might be lol. I have a work meeting Tuesday, so I am really hoping to be able to bun by then. I did pull together a fake ass pulled back bun today using a regular ponytail holder and a few pins so I can do that in a pinch, but I'd like to be able to do a topknot bun. I am glad you mentioned doing your locks without pins, though, because I am concerned about my scalp being too sensitive for them.
Thank you, guys . It's not painful anymore, it's itching--from the frying pan into the fire. I understand why you took them out, busybodyk. Also, the way it's braided, I can't get put it up in the Angela Simmons bun.
socratic, if there is synthetic hair involved, do the vinegar soak! And don't forget pictures for us lol.

There's a spray I used to use that really helped with the itching.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get BoyLiu's bangs to go away from his face? They never really curled, but that might be because we keep cutting them so he can see. He's got big loose curls everywhere but in front.
Help is appreciated b/c I do a really crappy job of cutting his hair & he looks dumb for a couple weeks afterwards.
