My dog needs two of his teeth pulled. The top back tooth on each side of is mouth. I was wondering the approximate cost. I don't think it's covered by my pet insurance.

It really varies a lot, depending how many teeth they end up pulling, how long he's under anesthesia, etc. My cat had 6 teeth pulled and it was about $700 for the day of costs. Plus about $100 for the initial consultation and blood work. Originally they thought they would only need to pull 3 but found things were worse when she was under. I think a simple cleaning with no extractions would have been about $200-250 at my vet.
So a wild guess would be $300-700 in your case, but really your vet should be able to give you an estimate. Pet insurance rarely covers any dental stuff.
It varies. They have to sedate them further to pull teeth vs just cleaning them so there is an increased cost for that. When the mutt had the cleaning before last, he needed 2 teeth pulled and the vet bill was about $500.
Last time we had the dog and the cat into the vet for a tooth cleaning, both the cat and the dog were $150. However, the cat had a baby canine that never fell out and it needed to be extracted. The vet warned me that if he had to sedate him further to pull the tooth, it would cost more. He didn't need to.
